Rhody Surf specializes in large private group lessons that are fun, approachable, and beginner-friendly. Our experienced instructors guide your group through the fundamentals while creating a shared beach experience full of laughs, waves, and great photo opportunities.

Every event is customized based on your group size, schedule, and activity preferences. Simply submit a request and we’ll help design the perfect surf experience for your group

Groups typically range from 5–30 participants, but we can accommodate larger events with advance planning.

A Special Event Experience May Include:

✔ 1-hour surf or SUP session on beautiful First Beach (Easton’s Beach)

✔ Dedicated instructors assigned specifically to your group

✔ Beginner-friendly surfboards or paddleboards, safety leashes, and wetsuits or rashguards

✔ Flexible group sizes and scheduling options

✔ Free beach parking for all participants

✔ Optional beach rentals such as chairs, umbrellas, w/cabana service

What to Expect

Your session begins on the sand with a quick and fun dry land lesson, covering paddling technique, how to pop up, stance, and ocean safety.

Then it’s time to hit the water! Our instructors stay close by your group to provide hands-on coaching and help everyone catch their first wave — or ten.
